Thinkific: Video uploads experiencing delays

Resolved - Thinkific App experienced an issue where video upload experienced delays. This was due to the widespread Amazon Web Services outage that impacted our video third party provider. Everything is functioning as expected now. We appreciate your patience while we sorted this out and apologize for any interruption to your day.

Monitoring - Video upload processing time is still affected by the Amazon Web Services outage. Videos will upload, but the preview will be stuck on 'Uploading...' longer than expected until the underlying outage is fully resolved. Our engineers are continuing to monitor the progress

Identified - Thinkific is currently experiencing delays in several of our services including fulfilling student orders and sending student notificaitons. Our engineers have identified the problem being due to disruptions with Amazon Web Services (https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status) and are currently reviewing the situation.
