Resolved - On July 12, 2024 around 3:36PM -4:42PM PST, the Thinkific App experienced an issue where Communities were not able to be accessed. We deployed a fix and users should now be able to successfully access their communities. Everything is functioning as normal now. We appreciate your patience while we sorted this out and apologize for any interruption to your day.

Resolved - Thinkific admins and some custom domain sites had a brief period of downtime, but we have identified and resolved the issue. Everything is functioning as normal now. Sorry for any inconvenience caused, and thanks for your patience!

Identified - Thinkific is currently experiencing time-out errors (522 error code) in the Admin and Student Dashboards for sites with Custom Domains. Our engineers have identified the problem and are currently implementing a solution. Everything should be back to normal soon!

Resolved - All orders, enrollments and videos are being processed without issues

Monitoring - We have implemented a fix and orders are progressively fulfilling again. Videos are also beginning to process successfully

Identified - We have identified the cause of the issue impacting some users where enrollments are delayed after checkout.

Rest assured payments are going through successfully at the checkout, however, order fulfillment and enrollments are delayed hence users may not have access to their purchased products right away.

This may also affect video processing on some sites where users will notice videos are taking a long time to process or still showing as Processing after a significant time.

Rest assured payments are going through successfully at the checkout, however, order fulfillment and enrollments are delayed hence users may not have access to their purchased products right away.

Users should avoid re-attempting the purchase of a product multiple times.
