Thinkific App experienced an issue where video upload experienced delays. This was due to the widespread Amazon Web Services outage that impacted our video third party provider. Video upload processing time is still affected by the Amazon Web Services outage. Videos will upload, but the preview will be stuck on 'Uploading...' longer than expected until the underlying outage is fully resolved. Our engineers are continuing to monitor the progress
