Update

Our video hosting vendor is starting to see services restore for users in India.

They are continuing to monitor the situation and we will update our status page as additional information becomes available.

At this time, course creators and their students who had experienced this issue are advised to perform a quick cache clear and refresh their browser as video player access could be restored.

Update

The issue has been identified to a regional outage with our video hosting vendor, and is specific only to some Thinkific course creators and students based in India using certain ISPs.

At this time, we recommend course creators and students experiencing this to use a different network connection or a VPN. We will update our status page as we receive updates from our video hosting vendor.

All other aspect on Thinkific are operational.

Monitoring

The issue has been identified to a regional outage with our video hosting vendor. This issue is affecting Thinkific course creators and students based in India. While the error is intermittent, there is no workaround at this time.

We will update our page once we receive confirmation on a resolution on their part.

All other aspect on Thinkific are operational.
